Welcome back to the Customer Service Survey, Vocalabs' blog about measuring customer service.
It's been a long time since we actively maintained our blog. I'd like to say that it's because I've been off in the wilds of Africa, tracking down the mythical One Survey Question which will encapsulate all business goals into a single five-point Likert scale.
The truth is that life just got in the way. Over the past couple years we've been growing and getting very busy, and regular updates were just not that high on the priority list. It didn't help that my old blogging software was getting very creaky and difficult to maintain.
Now, though, I've got new blogging software and a couple of new faces at Vocalabs to help distribute some of the load. So it's time to revive the Customer Service Survey.
