Yesterday we published our latest National Customer Service Survey report, a cross-industry report on the relative strengths and weaknesses of customer service at the eleven companies we follow.

Today we published issue 62 of our newsletter, Quality Times. This issue discusses both the NCSS report and Agile Customer Feedback.
