We just published Issue #71 of our mostly-monthly newsletter, Quality Times.
In this issue we discuss the National Customer Service Survey results for the first half of 2013. We published midyear updates for both the Communications and Banking reports. The Communications report is the old mobile phone report, which we are in the process of expanding to include wireline phones, Internet service, and cable/satellite TV services. Included in this midyear update is some preliminary data on Comcast and DirecTV.
