Easy Ideas for Getting More from your Customer Service Survey

A few weeks ago we released the Customer Service Survey Maturity Model, and along with it, an online self-assessment tool to find out where your feedback program fits into the maturity spectrum.

Maybe I should have expected this, but I was surprised to see several people use the self-assessment tool as a way to generate some ideas for improving their survey programs. In the self-assessment we ask about a few dozen different "pretty good practices," and that got some mental gears turning.

The great thing about using the tool this way is that you can take the self-assessment as many times as you want. So you can preview what kind of feedback program you would have if you adopted certain practices.

So I want to encourage everyone to give this a try. It's quick, easy, and free, and you'll probably come out of it with some things you can be doing to get more from your customer feedback program.
