Just as with our English surveys, a fluent Spanish-speaking interviewer calls customers immediately after a customer experience. We select the appropriate script language and interviewer based on information about the customer's original customer experience.
Reporting on bilingual surveys is separated by language or combined together, depending on the purpose of the survey and the needs of the reporting audience. You can see how the two customer groups are handled differently in your company, and compare the strengths and weaknesses of Spanish and English customer care.
