Never publicly acknowledged, it can be found in many, if not most, call centers. Passed furtively from employee to employee over the years, it might get dragged out when the office party gets really wild.

Yes, I'm talking about the secret recording of the "best" customer calls. And by "best," of course, I really mean "entertainingly worst."

Our Valued Customers takes it a step further. Tim Chamberlain works at a comic book store, and he takes it upon himself to illustrate and save for posterity many of the weird and whacky things he hears customers saying.

Just one more reason to always be polite, just like your mother taught you.
